在波爾多，葡萄的成熟期幾乎開始於所有的葡萄園，但由於目前波爾多地區缺水，成熟進程相當緩慢。過後幾天預報的降雨應該能加速成熟的進程。

剪枝的工作基本上都結束了。

成熟期開始後，為了預防霜黴花葉病，葡萄樹葉的上面部分應該被保護起來，因為這種病會幹擾葡萄的成熟。

為了更好的保護葡萄園不受病蟲害的侵襲，需要避免在土地塊之間形成潮濕的區域，只需簡單的采取壹些良好的農業規範即可：避免水坑的形成，保養土地塊之間的排水溝以便更好的排水，在行列之間保持壹定的種草量，細致的剪枝和擡高葡萄樹枝。

五、六月份的葡萄園裏有很多工作要做。需要松土、當心有害的植物以及檢測霜黴病病菌，霜黴病是葡萄樹的壹種疾病。在這整個時期中，葡萄種植者們都會對葡萄園倍加關註。

我和我的好姐妹Szeyi度過了一段愉快的時光。我們談到了法蘭西、美食，當然也說到了葡萄酒。我跟她說要在台灣營造一段美麗的“法蘭西”時光非常容易，我給了她一些建議，關於如何準備一頓搭配著法緣酒行美酒的、易做的法式餐宴。

材料 :

 

-每位150g牛肉塊

-香蔥

-四季豆：每位100gr

-米：每位50gr

-油，鹽，胡椒

-香料

 

用一點油翻炒牛肉塊和香蔥，加入鹽和胡椒，加入您喜愛的香料。

 

在燒滾的鹽水中浸入四季豆，燙10分鐘斷生。撈起仍然脆的四季豆，用一點油翻炒，加入適合您口味的鹽，胡椒。

 

按照您平常的習慣準備米飯

 

在一個盤子里，擺放好牛肉、四季豆和米飯。現在可以加入一些諸如辣椒粉、辣椒之類的裝飾了。

 

兩款波爾多的葡萄酒非常適合搭配這道菜飲用:

 

Les Allées du bonheur :波爾多幸福大道：這款AOC波爾多是一款輕盈且充滿果香的紅葡萄酒，它將會帶出菜餚細膩的口感。

當然，您同樣也可以搭配一款梅多克的夢速達MONT RAUDIN。這是一款個性鮮明的葡萄酒，它將會升華菜品的口感並且它和牛肉是絕配。
